How do your customers deliver documents to you? Unfortunately, we know from our own experience that in most companies this happens "analog" - by providing physical documents or by email attaching scans. However, all this data needs to be archived!

At Factor360, we aim for a fully digital workflow. Your client applies for financing online, through a mobile or web application, and attaches documents there. Your contracts and settlements also go to clients online!

Fraud detection mechanism

We have developed a process that allows each Factor360 license holder, in cooperation with their clients, to establish terms of cooperation that are considered exemplary. However, we know that the world is not a zero-one world, which is why we have harnessed machine learning to detect fraud, which takes into account acceptable deviations and automatically adjusts indicators for real values resulting from signed contracts.

Your customer base

As part of the Factor 360 platform, you gain the ability to build your own completely customized customer base. Thanks to the information included in the card of a given entity, with one click you gain access to all the information that is important to you, such as the number of contracts reported on a monthly basis, the amount of commissions or the current status of receivables. You can freely edit the list of Clients just as you can edit the information contained in the cards for a given company.

DEBTORS DATABASE

Another compendium that Factor 360 generates is the debtor database. The data collected within it allows you to quickly access all the information relevant to you. What's more, this module is equipped with a Factor360 Lex component, which allows you to create messages and send them, along with the necessary documents regarding receivables, to a selected law firm cooperating with Factor360 or directly to your company.

DOCUMENT REGISTERS

Through the Contracts module, you can easily access the documents you are interested in. All obligations signed with your customers, are automatically collected in the main register and segregated by type (factoring invoices/loan invoices). Thanks to such systematization, the database is transparent, and additional markings allow you to instantly detect any deviations from the original arrangements made with the customer. Similarly, in the case of the Invoices module, thanks to the proper organization of data, at any time you can check the status of receivables purchased from Customers or the current list of payments made on their account. What's more, based on the provided history of transactions carried out on your company's bank account, you can take advantage of a convenient solution, which is the Automatic Payment Settlement module.

SALES INVOICES

Within Factor360, you can not only purchase outstanding receivables, but also share them with other entities. Thanks to the register of sales documents, the history of conducted transactions is fully legible and easy to review. What's more, access to the Sales Invoices module eliminates the need to procure an additional invoicing tool. Regardless of the nature of the transaction carried out, you will generate any necessary sales document independently of the system.

Giełda faktur - collaborate with others

In addition to the main platform, which is Factor360, we have created the Giełda Faktur tool, which will allow you to easily establish direct cooperation with other entities. Through this module, you will easily present the factoring companies appearing in the database with currently available offers for co-financing of outstanding receivables, as well as issue those directly related to your company. You can divide the overview of receivables posted on the Invoice Exchange into appropriate categories, as well as filter them according to criteria relevant to you, such as interest rate, amount of financing or the industry to which the ads relate. You can access the Giełda Faktur tool as part of your selected Factor360 subscription or as an independent subscription plan.
